Friday Session:

Initial interview of an adult film client. In the
initial interview of an adult film making client you
will be expected to present an overview of the laws and
regulations relating to the production of adult
content. In this session we go over the basics of
adult film law.
12:00 to 1:00:

U.S.C. 2257 The Adult Age Verification and Catorgization
laws. How to advise the adult film maker on
compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and CFR -
2:00 to 4:00: Legal
issues in interviewing models and adult actors. We
bring in live models for you and participating adult
producers to interview. We have found that the
best way to learn this biz is to see how it is
done.
5:00 to 6:00:
Introduction to obscenity. Live film and video
sessions showing obscenity and standards
Saturday
Session:
9:00 to 12:00 A detailed analysis of the
history of obscenity prosecutions in the United States
and current trends and obscenity cases pending. ( Boring
but necessary if you are going to represent the
industry)
12:00 to 1:00:
Complimentary lunch on the Veranda
1:00 to Whenever:
Live Adult Film Day - We bring in actual new adult
producers and take them from the beginning to actually
filming live adult content. There
are detailed analysis of all issues that occur in
the filming and production of adult content. This
is a hands on training practical training
format.
Caution This Day Will Include
Nudity & Strong Sexual
Situations. Due to the nature
of the subject matter and these issues that you will
face advising the adult industry there will be
nudity. Also this is a hands-on-seminar format
wherein you will be learning with actual adult
producers, adult companies and adult stars as adult
content is produced. Both the seminar
sponsors and industry executives feel that nudity is
necessary to learn the subject -
